ACCESS

All of us at East of Eden welcome those who may require accessibility assistance and will do our best to ensure the best possible service for all customers.

The studio is located on Hatherley Mews and can be accessed via an entrance on Hatherley Road and an entrance on Hoe Street, both of these pathways are cobbled. There is a gentle incline in the paving immediately in front of the main entrance however it is accessible for wheelchair users. The entrance has glass manual double doors, leading into the reception area. If you require assistance please do email reception@edeneast.co.uk stating your expected time of arrival and we’ll ensure entry is as smooth as possible.

Our cafe is an L shaped space with concrete flooring and a main circulation route that should be free from trip hazards and obstructions. A room for storing mobility aids is available.

In the cafe there are chairs with backs and tables.
Assistance dogs are usually allowed into the venue but please be aware that our resident canine team member Gizmo (founder Abby’s dog) is a regular in the cafe and may be in attendance.
