What should people expect from your class?

A good time! We are going to build strong and balanced bodies, .....boost  cardio, lengthen, tone  and open up the body, improve co-ordination, speed, and ease of movement, strengthen the pelvic girdle, prevent injuries, reduce or eliminate pain. Keep consistent with your classes for longevity and best overall results. Happiness from within.

If you weren’t a Pilates teacher, what would you be?

I would still be doing Pilates and  Yoga, Functional Exercise, Weights, Running, Dancing.....and helping guide people to a healthier,happier longer life and growing and distributing all organic veg on a farm somewhere nice to improve the food chain and building community and enjoying life with the wonderful people I love. 

What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?

Go wild!

What’s your favourite asana pilates exercise and why?

Everyone in my classes know I love the Teaser on the box! and also the Shoulder Bridge series on the mat, and balance control on the mat and on the Reformer for Mount and Dismount

What do you do in your spare time?

Time with friends, dancing, exploring, countryside, chat, community
